In addition to inviting U.N Secretary-General Kofi Annan to be its distinguished lecturer in Oakland yesterday, the Heinz Company Foundation also presented Annan its Humanitarian Award.

"This is only the second time we've given the award," said Debbie Foster, Heinz's vice president of corporate communications.

He can make sure a nutritional supplement, that Heinz manufactures, gets distributed to starving people

Just think, if Castro continues to be propped up, and continues to starve his people, they might get Supplefer, too.

The UN promotes and distributes (via its US funding) nutrient supplements made by Heize (done coutesy of outsourcing to Italy).
