I don't think they will EVER be able to settle that case. It's just gotten to muddied.

Hello, he said with a half smile, Good morning to you. That bothered at least one potential juror. It gave me the creeps, said Amy Shulman, a single, unemployed mother from Foster City. She later was excused from service because of a court order that she search for a job Snott's demeanor is enough to convict him...even if he's just under the suspicion of being an a$$hole. Thanks for the ping..I'll tell the others...

Can someone get the death penalty for being an a$$hole? I guess it would make an icon out of Scotty, wouldn't it?!

Unless the prosecution has some tricks up it's sleeve be prepared for Mr. Peterson to walk.
Remember beyond a reasonable doubt, and a long time between the murder and the bodies being found...

I was watching one news station show the numbers on how they pick from a pool of 1,000 down to 78 and the jurors that can be kicked off from both sides plus the alternate jeeze it just got confusing.
Who could take 6 months off from work to be a juror?
Sounds like maybe we will have a fair amount of domesticated women, which IMO is not good for Scootie.
Gagaghost is putting all his faith in delay, delay, delay.
Maybe he will have MJackson Herblalist come treat Scootie and claim he suffers from bowel arrogance disorder.
Heh Bring on the coffee enamas tell he confesses and saves all involved time, money and pain.

I have been out of the loop. Who died a couple of weeks ago? Was it the elderly window watching woman who had her days mixed up?
How credible is the Jeep lady?
Did I here correctly that Amber is with child???!!!!
Did she get married or is she just making babies. No offense against the unborn being against abortion myself.
If she is soooo stressed out being a key witness in this whole mess why would she add the want to add to her mixed up life a baby? I don't know.
It has been a rough winter being homebound with a sick kid and I brought in a new puppy after eight years since my last to keep me busy but that is a far cry from bringing in a newborn human. Maybe not for Amber though.

Wow, you have been out of the loop..(understandably so)
Yes, Amber is with child. She is due in April. The father is a 42 year old Dentist(?) with whom she worked with. He helped her thru the stress when this case hit the big time last year, and they began dating, and I supposed fell in love. I'll see if I can track down a story so you can get more accurate details.

Who could take 6 months off work to be a juror? Government employees. And they could smile while doing it!

Thanks for the ping. Saw Allred the other day, sounding very waffle-ish about whether Amber would testify. As some have probably already pointed out, the pregnancy concerns ring false. The baby will probably be half grown before this trial ever begins.

Okay, so she's never heard of the aspirin method of birth control! Hey, nobody's perfect! (Tip to Amber: one really nice thing you can do for your baby is marry his father!!)
There. That's my Amber-sniping for the day. Now, back to "GO AMBER! TELL IT ALL! LET THOSE JURORS KNOW WHY HE DIDN'T CARE ABOUT HIS OWN WIFE AND BABY!!"
To: Velveeta
Not me... Mrs. Slim is the one with good taste in shirts...
