Thanks for the ping. Saw Allred the other day, sounding very waffle-ish about whether Amber would testify. As some have probably already pointed out, the pregnancy concerns ring false. The baby will probably be half grown before this trial ever begins.

I saw and heard Allred Today and she said Amber is DEFINITELY GOING to TESTIFY when she is called. The Prosecution is not going to call her on her due date! DUH!!
