Yet another candidate for my idea of simple punishment.
Once convicted, just take him to a prison we build in Death Valley. Then after a few months of total hell living in the desert with no A/C, you let him out. And they prison puts out for the press (and on the internet) the exact day, time and area he'll be released.
He wouldn't live 10 minutes.

Rule one for all women and children:
Scream and fight like hell if someone grabs you...before they get you out of a public place.
Your life depends on it.
Rule one for all Americans:
Institute swift and public justice for these animals. Tell the Left to shut up, and just do it.

I always liked the super prison idea in the alaskan wasteland tundra area...

Both solutions cost money.
My idea is that, once convicted and all reasonable appeals heard on an expedited basis and exhausted, such animals be promptly put to death publicly by being impaled.

Immediate castration, super-glue the nostrils shut, super-glue his wangus in his mouth.
Walk away.

Rule One for all MenEh? That's nonsense. The creature who did this was a predatory animal in the shape of a man.
The idea that all men are low-life animals in disguise is typically femnazi-originated claptrap.

That's very close to an idea I've had for years -- (borrowed from the Ancient Romans). Throw the perp in a room with no windows, 1 meal and a knife. Lock the door. Open it 60 days later and clean up the mess. He'll either kill himself or be starved to death. Either way, problem solved.
Some people just cannot be rehabilitated.

Leather bag, fill with scorpions, wildcats, perp, and a big rock. Sew shut, drop off pier, walk away.

Thank you, but to be honest I think it's a variation on something the Romans were supposed to have done to one class or another of criminals.

I just saw the woman on tv he tried to kidnap years ago (the
jury acquited him) and it is hard to imagine how in the
world they did that. Was the judge in his parole violation
case a Clinton appointee? - I guess his lawyer must have
pressed the "reasonable doubt" argument. The woman was
not an affected person, she was very natural, very real,
but it's easy to see how the liberal elite might buy into
"just her word against his" at the time. With no "image"
consultant she wouldn't have had much of a hearing. A smart
lawyer probably cleaned him up and put him in a suit.

Don't know if the "judge" was a clinochio appointee, but if I was the parents of Carlie, I'd file a civil suit against any "judge" who allowed this POS to roam the street and a civil suit against the "jurors" who voted to aquit. Can't say if that's possible, but it's way past time that judges be held accountable for letting perps out to wreak havoc in society. The saying, "past behavior is a good indicator of future behavior" is so true. It appears that Smith is the one who killed Carlie, but the "jusge(s)" who looked the other are just as guilt and should be held accountable for it. Let them all fry.
