Symbolically speaking, did the Dems display an upside down American flag? See Picture.

I realize that the background set for the Democrat's Frown and Lack Forum is not actually an American Flag, but from a distance the set looks as if it is symbolic of an American flag - and that flag looks as if it is flying upside down.
I wonder if the Democrats are expressing contempt for our country?

My youngest son visits a musicians web site to post questions and answers to musical topics and sometimes the topics become political. One semi-famous Australian rock musician posted something along the lines that if he became an American he would be a liberal.
My son asked him why he would become a liberal.
The guy replied that when his band was on tour in America, Americans were mean and made fun of his accent. Now he hates America - "just like the LIBERALS do" - so, he would join the liberals.
Do the Democrats realize that they are creating an image for the world - an image that they hate, America?
Maybe they should not use stage sets that resemble the image of an upside down American flag!

I doubt it's upside down. It's the angle from which they're showing it that causes it to look that way.
To: ResistorSister
It's no more upside down than this one.
Seriously, you think because the blue edge is angled that the flag is upside down?
Lighten up, Francis!
To: ResistorSister
Don't give the Democrats too much credit on this flag. They wouldn't recognize a genuine American Flag if they saw it!

Yeah - but it sure is a lot more fun claiming it's upside down!

I guess I do have on some tin foil. *smile*
But...but...but...Ever since my son told me the story about the guy in Australia, I have been wondering if the "liberals" were putting out messages that they hate America. The picture at the forum made me wonder...I am pushing away from the computer now.

I really don't think it's upside down, but if it was it's appropriate.
Flying the flag upside down is a sign of distress.

Its too bad he came to hate all of America, these were probably liberals who made fun of him in the first place. As Hitlery accidentally revealed with the Gandhi comment everyone knows who the real racist elitists are.

But...but...but...Ever since my son told me the story about the guy in Australia.... Seriously -- how many folks would tease an Australian about his accent? Just about anybody you'll ever meet thinks an Australian accents are pretty cool.
If people were "mean" to the Australian guy, it wasn't because of his accent. Sounds to me like he's either hyper-sensitive, or a jerk -- both of which will cause people to tee off on him.

Come on the rats accused us during the 2000 convention of focusing on the rat in rat, sorry democRAT, thus generating the FR generic rat for democrat. Do the rats, sorry democRats, even know any thing about flags outside of the Hammer and Sickle?

Demonic Image at Democratic Debate?
The two Democratic presidential candidates, Al Gore and Bill Bradley, debated yesterday at the Apollo Theater in New York. It aired on CNN, and Bernie Shaw was the moderator. Here is a photo from the debate. If you look between the candidates, on the back screen, you can see an image of a goat's head, or a demon. This image is not just visible on this still photo... it was visible on the live video of the debate!
