Bombshell: Kobe Accuser Had Sex with Key Witness

A new bombshell revelation in the Kobe Bryant case threatens to destroy the credibility of the prosecution’s key witness - whose testimony could send the basketball superstar to jail for years. Sources told GLOBE that the 19-year-old woman who has accused Bryant of rape told them she had sex with the prosecution’s star witness Bobby Pietrack - a week before she met Bryant.

Pietrack, a 23-year-old bellhop at the resort where the alleged rape took place, is the first person Katelyn Faber told about her encounter with Bryant. He can testify about her emotional state and physical appearance at the time.

But legal experts tell us that if there was a sexual encounter between Katelyn and the bellhop, it could wreck his credibility and sink the case of the Eagle County, Colo., prosecutor.

You have already read accounts that the bellboy was following the Kobe and the accuser around the hotel as she gave Kobe a tour of the facility. Phreebass rightly surmised that his romantic interest would put the moves on the Kobester. Obviously, the bellboy was anxious when his romantic interest disappeared into Kobe's room for 20 minutes. Unforutnately, the alleged victim decided to put his mind at ease that nothing consentual took place with a false allegation of rape. Sickening.

Get real. She's 19 years old. Why would she have to "conceal" anything, and how would a false rape accusation "conceal" it?

Just so were clear here. It's been widely reported that the bellboy was following the Kobe and the Accuser around on during her tour of the facility like a lost puppy dog. He knew what she was up to. So finally she ditches the bellboy and gets down to business with Kobe. What's she gonna say to the bellboy after she emerges from Kobe's room?

1. We were just playing chess.
2. I was showing him how the hot tub worked.

The rules have been relaxed as her name and appearance are now common knowledge. At least for anyone who goes to the grocery store, 7-11, or uses the Internet. A victory for free speech IMHO.

I hate to break this to you, but no matter where you stand on this case, false rape allegations are OFTEN used to conceal either 1)some form of sexual contact that was NOT supposed to happen because of a relationship or what have you or 2) to extract oneself from trouble with the parents

An example of 1) would be the woman who started the Tailhook scandal by alleging a gang rape took place. It turned out she had a fiance and had participated in an orgy and didn't want him to find out she was a whore.

An example of 2) would be Tawana Brawley.


It's not a victim smear campaign, dolt. It's a man trying to save what's left of his reputation and trying to be free while doing so.
