A search warrant has been executed at Michael Jackson's Neverland Ranch.

It is being reported that this warrant has something to do with Jackson's relationships with children.

I have been there, not his cheer leader. It is just a county fair carnival....but with a concrete foundation! There are just plain folks trimming the bushes and mowing the lawn..... The rest of this stuff is just MEDIA B/S. Good/bad/or indifferent, there is no way for Michael to defend himself.... the knuckleheads in Santa Barbara just want a hide on the wall.

I think there is a kind of question with an implication of something overly personal that is deeply offensive. To imply, as the poster did, that someone holds an opinion because of a past trauma of a sexual nature is indecent in a sense. It is a crass attempt to expose someone, or someone's secrets that the person may not be in agreement with. To me that was what this poster was doing. If his immplication were true, it would have been an assault on me. And none of his business. And rude beyond what any civil person would tolerate. Now why that isn't clear to him by now, or to others, is beyond me. But I think he will not get it, now or ever. We tried but he is just beyond understanding.

The media! It was the police and the DA that went in with a search warrant and have been there all day collecting evidence. Hopefully that will prove in a court of law what is pretty obvious has been going on in there.

The media has covered for him, albeit raising an eyebrow now and then and tittering. But they have not targeted him, rather covered for him.

My posts were not extreme. I said I distrusted anyone outside my family in terms of sleepiing with a child of mine and thought it was iinappropriate for relatives to sleep with children of certain ages. I don't think that is extreme. I think many people hold that view. Especially those of us who raised children prior to the "family bed". It was thought that children needed to learn to be alone at night, that to sleep with them infantilized them and interfered with normal developement. Given the amount of child sexual abuse in this culture I think my position is wise. Your implying that for me to feel this way meant I had some kind of abuse history was insulting and indecent. To think that having a good sense of boundaries with one's children in a protective way means someone has a "history" is sort of strange to me. Michael Jackson says the same thing,,how charmiing it is for children to sleepover at his house. Think about it. Why make it easier for predators to get at one's children. And all predators have families, some have children, many have sisters and brothers and inlaws who do not suspect them. A blanket rule about protecting one's children means you don't have to think about everyone who comes in contact with them and whether that person if safe to allow a sleepover in the same bed,,why allow it at all.

I've been listening to Al Rantel. He said he just heard that an arrest warrant has been issued for Michael Jackson in all 50 states, for child molestation. It's unverified so far.

Greta has a guest--a guy, who said they'll have more tomorrow on "Extra"--who just said he learned in the last 20 minutes that today's action was based on more than one victim.

Greta asked if he has heard anything about arrest warrants. He said he had, but until he can confirm it is just a rumor as far as he is concerned.

Starting to look like MJ's little "Cartoon Life" of fantasy is coming to an end. He's been able to spend himself into anything he wanted until now; even a change of race.
