I grew up in Chino, so I know the potential of that fabulous state.

...I'm curious - will the money raised in California be spent in California, or sent back east?...

I hope it is going to be spent where the RNC thinks it will do the most good.

If it is better to influence states back east where it is close and we might pick up some EVs, spend it there instead of wasting it in CA where we will never get an EV.

Living in one of the "lost states", I have no problem in voting with my dollars.

Most of us here in Northern California are Trumpers, and our house sends $100 a month to Trump’s campaign, NOT the RNC.

I give straight to the Trump campaign. Screw the RNC. I do not want any of my money going to the likes of a Mitt Romney.

Exactly. I hate the RNC. People gotta watch the RNC is clever though. Some of their mailers and emails look like Trump correspondence and donation requests.

When my wife and I moved from NC to CA a few years ago, we were shocked at how uninformed native Californians are about their own state. My wife and I know/knew more about CA than lifetime residents.

Republicans here are lazy and haven’t a clue as how to conduct a campaign. For example, Travis Allen would have made a terrific CA Governor but few ever heard of him because he didn’t get his message out to the voters.

Yup. 80% of CA is red. Sacramento, San Francisco, and Los Angeles are the cancers.

That's not the way we do it here.

There is zero chance Trump will win California so no Trump money will be spent there, except for the purpose of raising more money.

“Most of us here in Northern California are Trumpers.”

Speaking as someone who’s a SF East Bay dweller (10th congressional), Northern California use to be red, but not anymore.

“I’ve done my part.” Same here (from the same congressional district as you. I figured since I can’t make a different in the state elections I would concentrate on helping Trump put roadblocks in the way of California’s self-destructive behavior.

I would like to see more balance in this state but I’m not sure whether, at this point, getting Republicans back in charge isn’t like replacing the driver of a car which is two feet from the cliff. There are consequences coming and I don’t want Republicans to be blamed (yeah, I know, they will be anyway) but it might be better if Republicans were in the ambulance waiting to pick up the pieces and survivors. If we keep just missing the debacles, some people never learn important lessons.

“There is zero chance Trump will win California...”

Stop it. Just stop.
A lot of registered voters sit out elections.
This cycle, a lot of Californians are outraged at what Democrats have done to their state.
California has a LOT of Independents, NOT all Democrats!
California is an opportunity in play.
Stop writing them off & start encouraging them to come over to the right side.
What have they got to lose?
