I’m not a doctor. But I’ve worked in three nursing homes, two hospitals and I’m currently working in a third. I’m a maintenance guy. What it looks like to me is Cankels is got some water retention issues going on. Bags under the eyes, puffy face and swollen ankles. Swollen ankles like she’s got are always a dead give away to some serious heath issues. By comparison look at the ankle of the woman at the left . Admittedly that’s the ankle of a younger woman but that’s what a normal person’s ankle should look like. Look at hers. It’s puffy, red, swollen and if you look close you’ll see it’s got little scabs on it. From the looks of her and the swollen face and ankles she could also have some kidney(’’renal’’) issues going on. God, she must stink under all that. I’ll guarantee she’s wearing a diaper. In any case, this is not a healthy looking woman.
