Any foreign language helps, and it’s best introduced before puberty.
When I was a kid, long ago and far away, our district introduced elective French in the fourth grade.
I took the option.
Latin and Greek were available in High School, as were French, Italian, and Spanish.

That’s very interesting and I’m sorry to hear that you do suffer from mental illness. I like “if you are healthy you just are not concerned about your happiness, you just are.” Very well put! Can’t help but wonder about Hillary - she certainly doesn’t appear well either mentally or physically. I’ve wondered why her family doesn’t seem to be concerned - they keep propping her up. Strange family!!!
