An NBC/WSJ poll released Thursday reveals that more Republican voters consider themselves a supporter of Donald Trump rather than a supporter of the Republican Party.
A whopping 58 percent of respondents indicated they considered themselves Trump supporters, while only 38 percent indicated they considered themselves supporters of the Republican party. 2 percent see themselves as both, while 1 percent said they were neither.
The poll further reveals a split within the Republican party, as Trump supporters hold a far less positive opinions of many GOP politicians.
For example, only 13 percent of Trump supporters view Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell positively, while 36 percent of Party supporters do.
While 35 percent of Trump supporters view Speaker Paul Ryan positively, 71 percent of Party supporters do. Finally, while 27 percent of Trump supporters view GOP leaders as a whole positively, 51 percent of Party supporters do.
Trump supporters were also more supportive of Trumps policy decisions overall, such as rescinding DACA and the pardon of Sheriff Joe Arpaio.

The GOP is the party of the Cheap Labor Express and Trump is trying to end it.
It’s not so hard to figure out.

While 35 percent of Trump supporters view Speaker Paul Ryan positively, 71 percent of Party supporters do If my math works out, that means Ryan has a 47% - 50% approval rating among all Republicans/Conservatives.
Well that blows, it means it's gonna be hard to take him out

Agree, but the treason isn’t around Ryan, it comes directly from him.

Another deplorable for Trump and wants MAGA.
If the republicans (undocumented democrats) can’t or will not help Trump in his MAGA efforts, get rid of them!

If my math works out, that means Ryan has a 47% - 50% approval rating among all Republicans/Conservatives. That's pretty lousy for a man who was the GOP's vice presidential candidate only five years ago.
