DALLAS -- Texas Senator Ted Cruz and Donald Trump Jr. will headline the Reagan Day Dinner hosted by the Dallas County Republican's Party Saturday evening.
The event will take place at the Omni Hotel in downtown Dallas and includes a meet and greet with Republican leaders and dinner. Attendees have to purchase tickets starting at $150 and going up to $25,000.
This is the second meeting between the Trump family and Ted Cruz in recent weeks. Senator Cruz and his wife recently had dinner with President Trump, tweeting a photo of the Cruz family's children with the President afterwards.
To each his own. If he stepped foot on my property, I would call the police and file a complaint for trespassing.

Per this poll, Gov. Abbot has the best approval, Cruz and Cornyn have higher negatives than approval. I think the reality is Cruz is now battling some low approval ratings, Trump is helping him out. But I’d wager this dinner has been in the works for some time.
I would like to see Ted on the USSC
after he makes a public statement that
he was wrong to run for President.
He was not eligible.
It appears that Cruz is the crucial senate vote on the Obamacare 2.0 bill. Interested to see if he folds. The establishment is going full steam ahead with this one, public be damned.
Left my wallet on my boat.
You’re wrong. This was litigated in several state courts as to his eligibility to be on the ballot. Secondly, since when does anyone care about the constitution? Ever heard of DACA? Remember the uproar concerning this unconstitutional Obama executive order? Has it been rescinded? No it hasn’t. Why?
re: Jones kool-aid.
I’m inclined to agree with you. When we first started hearing about Cruz, I contacted a friend down in TX.
She was NOT recommending him.
I have some biker friends that live in Texas, different parts, and they said that he is not a good person...
Guess it depends on different things...he sure didn’t prove to me during the campaign that he was any good...
The “Cruz Crew” was the start of the #NeverTrump slime and gave the left the fire to continue this shadow government and resistance”.
‘You just missed a great opportunity to shut up. Are you a shiite or a sunni?’
It’s this kind of obnoxiousness on the part of some Cruz supporters that undercuts their message.
Ted Cruz? Nope.
What a strange response. I did in fact lose my enthusiasm for Cruz during the election... he was ineffective, and he proved to be all for himself and not a team player.
Your rather rude response didn't help matters either.
True. And it’s the best reason why he should never be on the Court. He would alienate Kennedy and other potential swing voters.
Well, I think while they are here in Texas, they should bop on up here to the panhandle and have a look at the 2 million acres that burned this week by the wildfires.
With sports cars you’d at least have something out of it; one or more cars. But betting on horses.......
It’s what earned many of them, during the campaign, the mighty ZOT.
Regarding Ted’s past lies and voting record, I don’t know enough to discuss it and can’t really answer you on that.
I’m coming from this perspective however: prior to the election we were starring right into the abyss, and I knew turning this ship around would take a herculean effort and had to be done right quick, and holding nothing back.
Donald Trump is a good man, but he is only one man. We the People have precious few friends inside that Beltway and on both coasts.
Therefore, since time is not on our side, I think we need to bring on board those who have the guts to fight for this country. If that’s Ted, then that’s Ted. If not, the Trump family will see right through it.
There was some of that on both sides of that debate. But the primary is over and we now have them on the same side. If we are going to go after republicans, let's concentrate on taking on the RINOs rather than the conservatives.
This is same hotel where evil Bush daughter Barbara engaged in worship of Big Abortion.
