There is? Perhaps Hillary Clinton's copy of the US Constitution has bleed-over from a page containing the Declaration of Independence. Pick this up at the 2:12 mark for an interesting lesson in American civics (via Twitchy):

Joining @IAmSteveHarvey today to continue the conversation he's
been having on guns in America. Don't miss it!
"We've got to say to the gun lobby, you know what, there is a constitutional right for people to own guns. But there's also a constitutional right to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness that enables us to have a safe country. where we are able to protect our children and others from this senseless gun violence."
This is, of course, sheer nonsense. The phrase "life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness" does not appear in the Constitution at all, but in the Declaration of Independence. While that is a foundational document of our nation, it does not override the Constitution. The Declaration proclaimed the United States to be its own sovereign; the Constitution created the governmental framework for it -- and more importantly, limits the authority government has and ensures that the people of the US remain free and its master....

And guns help us to keep it that way.
Well, arguendo, if gun control policies promote a disadvantage to self-defense from criminals—who will be armed absent the Singapore solution of death for their possession—don’t they work against life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness?
Right to life? Tell that to the 60 million butchered babies, you murdering witch.
The ‘smartest woman in the US’ just proved she’s really the dumbest “female dog” on Earth.
Shows how much liberal lawyers care about the Constitution.
The evil “gun lobby” as she calls it, actually consists of thousands of law abiding, loyal, American citizens.
If all these infringements on gun ownership are such a good idea why don’t opponents of the Second Amendment try to get it repealed ?
That’s right Thunder Thighs...a right to LIFE (protected by guns), a right to LIBERTY (guns protect UN from a government run amuck), and LIBERTY, (guaranteed by an armed populace). None of those can exist in an evil world without guns. Most of the evil is generated by liberal, socialist policies.
The lefties are so telling of their desire to run a dictatorship, of which an armed populace is the only thing in their way. The Desparation by hill, Obama, and the rest, is so obviously bent on that one goal, it would take an idiot not to see it.
Would-be dictators, tyrants, and criminals would love a gun-free society, but I’m pretty sure the people wouldn’t.
I fear they were just waiting for the correct SCOTUS “mix” and do it via the legal system rather than legislation.
Eferytime she says this ask how abortion of a baby protects that baby’s constitutional right to life.
I sure damn hope someone does that to her and its captured on video.
Isn’t she a lawyer? Does she know the difference in the Constitution and the Declaration of Independence?
Doesn’t she know better? Of course she does.
Has she ever read that the writer of the Declaration said that, ‘’No man should be debarred the use of firearms?’’ Does she understand what that means?
Who is the uneducated harridan that claims the right to lead us?
She’s a moron wrapped in stupid.
We have always known that they would attempt it.....I would like to hear the logic that they would use to overturn it.
Yes, that is why the Bill of Rights guarantees such things as being secure in our homes, secure in our possessions, having the right to not just keep, but also to bear arms.
Hillary is a BITCH!
Apparently she doesn’t. That is the first thought I had, this is not in the bill of rights, but neither is the right to marry your queer friend, or the right to kill unborn children.
Constitutional right to life..this coming from a woman who supports abortion right to the moment of delivery
And that’s exactly why we aren’t giving up the guns.
