He has been involved a one level or another in 7 presidential campaigns.
No candidate of his has won except Carter but Scum resigned from Carter's campaign after 10 days, he saw no way Carter would win.
So his prediction about Romney could be the best thing to ever happen to Romney's campaign.
How can Shrum shovel dirt on anyone else when his whole career has been six feet under for decades?
