I stand amazed at what I am witnessing in our constitutional republic. Correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't the Constitution the rule of law in this nation? Don't Supreme Court judges take oaths promising to protect and uphold that Constitution from foreign and domestic enemies? If our laws are derived from this text, then what is it called when those laws are ignored? It is called, "breaking the law." Our Constitution lays down the eligibility requirements for presidents. One requirement states that the president of the United States must be a natural-born citizen. Now, any reasonable thinking person knows citizenship is proven by one's birth certificate. President-elect Barack Obama's presentation of a Certification of Live Birth certified that he was born alive but not that he was born in Hawaii. So we have rumors of a Kenyan birth. How do you get to the bottom of rumors? You inquire and investigate. Our Supreme Court judges are required to uphold our law and get to the bottom of this unnecessary upheaval that Mr. Obama has hurled America into. What's so hard about producing a real birth certificate? He is challenging our rule of law by refusing to prove his natural-born citizenship and is, therefore, undermining the foundation of our nation. If our Supreme Court justices continue to deny "hearing" the many lawsuits that they are being presented with concerning Mr. Obama's citizenship, then they are failing to do their jobs. The law states eligibility through natural-born citizenship is required. It is the court's duty to get to the bottom of this and hold Mr. Obama accountable to the law. LONNIE LECZO Louisville, Ky.

Probably has half a dozen of them by now, including the bogus image of one posted on the web. Is that what you are referring to? Because that is a Certification of Live Birth, and under the rules at the time does not prove where he was born, even if it were not an altered/fabricated image.

How many times was it in question? Answer Zero, except for Chester Arthur, and he ran for VP, which doesn't get the scrutiny of a Presidential candidate, and then his President died on him, and he became President. Also, documentation of birth in 1829 was not what it was in 1961. There was no real doubt Arthur had been born in the US (Vermont), but as it turned out his father was not a citizen at the time of his birth.
There are plenty of questions about whether BHO is a citizen and more specifically a natural born one.
No, it was not a "reproduction" it was (purportedly) an abstract of information from the original. But not a copy of it.

Obama is probably hiding his original birth certificate because it shows that he is not a natural born American citizen (which is required to serve as President).
Yeah, but the news libs are intentially covering up this Obama non-citizen issue. When it’s a Republican, the news media is the Prosecutors. When it’s a Democrat, the news libs distort the truth and hide the issue.

Whether he/she is a DU troll we cannot say for sure but one thing is certain: N.S. knows the facts but simply chooses to ignore them in order to continue harassing serious posters. The only evidence available is that Obama was born at The Coast Provincial General Hospital in Mombasa, Kenya. Thus, he is ineligible to serve as President.
Can you cite your source showing this evidence?

I learned that info here at FR. You can keyword search Orly Taitz, Alan Keyes, etc. The Taitz camp claims to have a video of Obama’s grandmother stating that she was present when Obama was born at The Coast Provincial General Hospital in Mombasa, Kenya.
If you disagree, where is Obama’s original birth certificate for authorities to verify that he is a “natural born” American citizen? Where was Obama born in Hawaii?

Partially, but also there were other people who knew them and their parents who could verify, both formally and informally, their birth circumstances. No One who knew Obama's parents seems to be talking about the circumstances of his birth.
But you are trying to play the race card on us. But we would care just as much if his father was a German and he was born in the south of France.
It was documented. Church records, etc. Neighbors, people who knew them throughout their youth. Unlike the current case.
Well, lets see, Gates is staying on.
Apparently there was some dustups behind the scene re no change in who gets to see the intel stuff and process besides Zer0. His flunkies will have to pass the same BI process that we did to sit on security group briefings.
