Pharmaceutical firm Pfizer is to cut more jobs at its Irish manufacturing facilities, as part of a global cost-cutting program. It is understood that up to 210 jobs will go across its facilities in Grange Castle in Dublin, Ringaskiddy in Cork, and Newbridge in Kildare.
