I can honestly say I don't know anybody like that either.

And to think that he got chance after chance, even after it became obvious that there was a problem, makes the NYT look worse than foolish. It makes them complicit.

When President Bush first came out with the phrase "The soft bigotry of low expectation" it went right to my heart. It put into one phrase what I have long believed.

By constantly telling people that they are not good enough to get ahead, unless some liberal made it possible, they are crippling entire generations. I can't tell you how made it makes me.
