“I Cannot Afford to Live”: Americans Get Emotional As The U.S. Economy Goes Off The Rails
New American Prophet ^ | April 12, 2024 | Michael Snyder

Posted on 04/12/2024 6:43:03 AM PDT by Rev M. Bresciani

As we approach what is likely to be the most chaotic presidential election in U.S. history, trouble signs are starting to erupt for the U.S. economy. In fact, CNN is actually admitting that “the long-predicted storm clouds in the economy may actually be forming”. I can’t remember the last time that I saw a CNN article with a headline like that. But at this point, it is becoming extremely difficult for the mainstream media to avoid the truth. Inflation is getting worse at the same time that many key sectors of our economy are slowing down. If you thought that the last couple of years were rough for the economy, just wait until you see what is coming next. Tremendous turmoil is on the horizon, and the American people are becoming increasingly emotional about our rapidly growing economic problems.

But I still have hope. With a little luck Trump’s margin of victory will be greater than the edge provided by the Democrat’s cheat machine.

The really infuriating thing here is not that the Democrats cheat. The really infuriating thing is that the GOP elites don’t care if the Democrats cheat. But I guess that’s for another thread.

Nothing new. Very predictable. “The long predicted storm” is saying it isn’t Biden’s fault.

Stop complaining. We have diversity, equity, and inclusion. What more do you want?

It takes 2-3 years for horrible policies to start spreading. Biden’s horrible polices are taking root, and it is just starting. And that’s economically, nothing to do with the thousands of potential terrorists who have snuck in.

Not to worry. The Dems have a plan.

The cure is to THINK BEFORE YOU VOTE.

The misery is intentional. If biden stays in the White House, it’ll be 100 times worse.

"We are going to crush the Russian economy with our sanctions!".

Bloomberg also reporting the same figures.

Russia's first quarter revenue soars 53% amid sanctions

I’d say it’ll be a thousand times worse if Xiden is re-elected.

And too many people don’t think before voting, if they can even think for themselves at all.

Well said.

I expect democrats to cheat and lie because that's virtually all they do.

It's the letting them get away with it that toasts me.

I have liberal friends who to this day still blame Trump for the economy and will with a straight face tell you that people walking out of supermarkets with six or seven basic food items and having paid over $100 are stupid and don’t know how to shop for sales. They are totally closed minded and committed Marxist even though they will tell you they are not, but when you start giving examples of Marxist policies you get yeah that’s right, that’s great and I say that’s out of Karl Marx’s book. They will insist we are progressive Democrats to which I respond you can put a bow and a ribbon on a turd but it’s still a turd, you’re Marxist.

As you know, there are fewer sales now since more people are searching for them. The $1 items on fast food are long gone and the discount on these items relative to premium items are a lot less than before.

Eventually the Marxists will come for them, and it will still not be their fault. No responsibility. No repentance.

Watch closely those that legislate and fear the citizenry, for they, in their insanity, would bring more into any form of captivity, Constitution be damned! For Rome, it was bread and circuses.. For US, what will it be?

The worst part of this situation is that it can't ever end. First up go costs and eventually wages must be increased and then again costs go up in an ever escalating upward spiral of inflation. Why? Unless there is a depression, a time of too few dollars chasing too many goods, prices will never come down. There must be a depression or at least a terrible recession for the inflation spiral to end or at least slow down.

There is an alternative, profits must go down and corporations won't let that happen.

Maybe there is another alternative, the feral gobment could drastically reign in spending. That has problems and recession/depression can easily follow as well. Nah, that will never happen. Gubment spending is like a drug and the only way to break free of it is cold turkey.

If there is any other way to end this devaluation of our currency by xiden I'd like to hear it.

Your statement is completely accurate. The fallout from xiden’s actions is only beginning. Skipping over the terrorist threat that has been let in the open door how do you “revalue” a currency? How can our worthless dollars be made worth something now that trillions have been printed out of thin air and borrowed? It is hard to see this spiral downward being anything but terminal.
