I know this is hard for you but sometimes the truth is the truth. Putin had been “interviewed” by other “useful idiot, trader, Putin stooge” reporters before. Of course those “journalists” could not care less about what Putin had to say. Gotcha questions, constant interruptions, you know the Trump treatment from those hacks trying to earn their MSM chops is all he’d seen. It is obvious to anyone why he was surprised. If Tucker had done the usual Uniparty bosses’ job of censoring Putin by constant interruption, the world would not have found out that a peace settlement was indeed quashed by NATO. Peace with Uke sovereignty over Donbas could have been had 250,000 dead Uke soldiers ago. Truth, not gotcha censorship.

So Putin really really wanted Carlson to insist he explain how his invasion of Ukraine was allowed under 1) the Constitution of the Russian Federation, which explicitly recognizes the borders of Ukraine at they were at the time of its adoption in 1993; and, 2) Russia’s treaty guaranteeing the Ukraine’s territorial integrity.
