Michelle runs, wins and selects Barack to be her VP. The Senate of course will confirm him. After being inaugurated, Michelle resigns, and Barry becomes President for the next four years.
Nothing illegal or unconstitutional about it.

The Constitution says nothing about a cartoon character being ineligible to serve as POTUS, and it has been scientifically proven that a cartoon version of someone is not the same person as the actual person, therefore, term limitations would not apply. Moreover, it wouldn’t matter how old the cartoon version was was or where it was born, since the birth certificate would be fake anyway.

It DOES preclude it if you are talking about michelle being elected and having her husband as VP since he is INELIGIBLE.to be VP at the start of her, or anyone elses term, since if she died or resigned on day one he wouls have to take her place and he is INELIGIBLE to do so. After she, or anyone else, is more than halfway thru he, bush, carter, clinton would be eligible to be VP.
What part of this being impossible don’t you understand? If he cannot RUN for president because he is ineligible, he cannot be VP either. Furthermore, any scenario where current VP resigns would mean he would have to be confirmed by the Senate, and if you don’t think his ineligibility would be brought up in a Senate vote, you are smoking strong shit. In short, voting him in as VP would AUTOMATICALLY make Johnson the VP since Sotero would be ineligible.
Basically, voting for Sotero would mean the VP office would be vacant, and if “President Mike” was impeached before VP was confirmed, then Johnson is President. (No VP would be confirmed once Mike was impeached)
