Vanity: Get Ready for Barack Obama's Third Term

Posted on 02/14/2024 11:38:13 AM PST by CathyWhite

Michelle runs, wins and selects Barack to be her VP. The Senate of course will confirm him. After being inaugurated, Michelle resigns, and Barry becomes President for the next four years.

Nothing illegal or unconstitutional about it.

The qualifications to be vice president are the exact same to be president.
Barack Obama is therefore ineligible to be VP.

Sorry yes vanity, pure supposition. But plausible? I think yes.

If Michelle decides to run, her thin skin will be ripped apart in the court of patriotic public opinion.

She has spent her adult life hiding behind Barry and her skin color. Wait until she feels what it's like to have to defend yourself as a candidate.

Yes, nobody who has been elected President twice can be elected VP. Back in 1964, William F. Buckley, Jr., had the crazy suggestion that Barry Goldwater should pick Eisenhower as his VP.

The only loophole is that if Barack was Speaker of the House and both the President and Vice President resigned, he could be Acting President. Just another reason to hope that the Republicans don’t throw away the House in November.

Can’t be pres for 3rd term, even if VP. Technically Can’t be VP since Barry was prez for two terms. Constitution is clear enough that Supreme Court challenge would very likely rule that way.

Ok so President Michelle picks Kamala, Kamala resigns, and then Michelle picks Barry. Then Michelle quits. Hello President Barry, perfectly legal.

Unfortunately you missed the part about a VP must be eligible to become President and Obama is not eligible
