A 23-year-old Florida mother-of-two has been shot and killed following an argument over Christmas presents.
Abrielle Baldwin was killed on Christmas Eve at their grandmother's home in Largo, Florida.
Police believe the gun was fired by her 14-year-old brother Damarcus Coley who was then shot by their 15-year-old sibling, Darcus Coley.
It is alleged Darcus fled the scene and then made a call to their mother.
Damarcus and his sister were taken to hospital, where he underwent surgery, but Abrielle did not survive her injuries.
Both brothers have been charged with murder, and the state is considering trying them as adults.
The drama began when the siblings went shopping with their mother, Joyce, and Arielle's two children - a six-year-old son, and an 11-month-old baby boy.
They returned to their grandmother's house in Largo and began arguing, with the 15-year-old saying his younger brother was getting more than him.
'The fact that you get two teenagers arguing over presents - a 14-year-old and a 15-year-old - that happens,' said Bob Gualtieri, the sheriff of Pinellas County. 'But not with guns.'
The 14-year-old, Damarcus, allegedly pulled out a .40 caliber semi-automatic handgun and threatened to shoot his brother in the head - but their uncle managed to remove him from the home, Gualtieri explained.
Outside, it is understood Damarcus was confronted by their sister, who was carrying her 11-month-old son in a baby carrier.
'You all need to leave that stuff alone. Why are you trying to start it? It's Christmas,' she told him, in audio captured by a neighbor's home camera system, and obtained by The Tampa Bay Times.

I had the same kind of response. I bought my sister a one pot lunch kit, that allows her to make a single meal to take to work. You put all your ingredients into it and heat it up at work and you’ll have a hot lunch. She decided against getting me anything this year.

Imagine being Big Momma and getting a phone call like thatbfrom one of your sons. Yes Ma’am, that means you have failed as a parent. What they do now is out of your control.
A parents’ chance to shape a child’s character is from bith until about 12. After that, all the dysfunction remains bakef in the cake, until a stronger influence forces them to change.
