Harrowing video shows the moment a man eating alone in a Washington Heights fish restaurant was shot point-blank in the head during a stickup.
The violent incident occurred at the Seafood King Fish Market at Broadway and West 163rd Street just before 2 a.m. Wednesday, when the 37-year-old victim was having a late-night dinner at the counter.
Footage released by the NYPD shows a masked robber holding a distinctive blue handgun just inches from the back of the customer’s head as he sits hunched over.

I wouldn’t doubt it at all if it’s a “dreamer” or one of Joes recent illegals. This kind of brutality is right up the alley of MS-13 and they are short. If it does turn out to be an illegal the pathetic thing is the fools in that city won’t give a damn, they’ll still vote democrat just like they did last month.

More and more PD’s are requiring officers to be “more specific” in their reports. Rather than saying “African American”, they’re supposed to say “light, medium or dark skinned” along with the race of the suspect, which can actually be useful in identifying the suspect, but which is inevitably used by defense counsel in less than honest ways. Which is the real point of requiring that on the report.
Omitting the race of the suspect is probably the work of the news outlet’s style book though.
