No he took the opportunity, I'm sure it was not his first rodeo. She probably though she was grooming him, all the while he was doing the same thing to her.
The 17 year old is guilty of ruining the opportunity for future students. He could not keep his pie hole shut and now the the teacher goes to jail.
The parents are the real villains here for trying to cash in.
After reviewing the case, I recommend only a suspension and administrative punishment. Bathe her and bring her to me for counseling and a good spanking.
