Four months after the death of Oakland baker, Jen Angel, the Oakland Police Department announcing they have a suspect in custody.

Back in February, Angel was dragged by a car during a purse snatching - and then died days later.

Now, Angel's friends are calling for alternatives to prison for alleged 19-year-old killer.
