I remember reading that most of the increased birth defects are due to the age of the mother, not dad but they have to treat it as equal.

When you are too old to raise them into adulthood and see your grandchildren before you die.

I wouldn’t be at all surprised if it ever came to light that Hunter ran through Jill at some point.

The kids probably won’t remember anything about them.

Wrong. A kid needs a father far more than he needs an inheritance from some old guy he never knew.

An old pioneer in the 1700s here had a son when he was past 100 years old. He was a free black sailor who jumped ship and settled here. The community he founded was the first in this part of the state.

If they are affluent enough to leave good estates, fine.

Probably. If they are on their fourth wives the wives are probably pretty young. A senior fishing boat captain and owner in the old fishing town just north of here (NW Florida)somehow made a lot of money round about 1970 and bought a house and a bunch of stock that prospered. When he came ashore the last time he was 70+- years old and a long time widower. He married a fourteen year old girl and had two children with her. He died at about 81 or two and left his wife and kids well fixed. The girl’s mother gave her daughter a better chance in life than she had faced before by making the deal with the captain. Mom made out, too. The kids are middle aged now and the son operates his father’s business and the daughter married well.
