Scott Peterson is once again seeking to be released from prison.
Peterson has filed a new appeal in his 2004 murder conviction, claiming there's evidence that proves his innocence.

It includes what they say is new evidence about a burglary across the street from the Peterson's home around the time his wife Laci vanished.
An exclusive photo of Peterson shows him talking to his family during a video call from the San Quentin State Prison last year.
Officials said he is sitting in a concrete cell in the photo with a virtual backdrop behind him.
He’s as innocent as much as Joe Biden is a faithful Catholic.
Peterson, yeah ok.
I won’t say he’s innocent but his conviction by a mob of hysterical screaming women was nothing that should be called justice.
OJ did it
If he’s freed, he will join Alec Baldwin and OJ to find the real killer(s).
The one armed man did it.
But he wants us to believe it’s just a coincidence that the bodies of his wife and unborn son washed up in the area where Peterson admitted he had “gone fishing” at the time of the disappearance.
EVERYONE KNOWS HE DID IT.
BUT THE STATE SURE AS HELL NEVER PROVED IT.
I always thought he was 200% guilty, but a few years ago I heard about additional evidence.

Hell, his own testimony put him at the scene where the body was found, many miles from his home. He is incredibly unlucky that his wife’s murderer decided to dump her body at the same place as he claimed to be fishing, or he is as guilty as hell.

You better make a good case to back to up. “I heard” ain’t cutting it.
I was a teenager living in California when this “trial” took place and every day outside the courtroom there was a mob of women screaming for this man to be killed. And then they acted like they’d won the Super Bowl when he was convicted and sentenced to death.
There was no solid physical evidence in the conviction and Peterson was found guilty of circumstantial evidence that kept evolving as the investigation progressed.
As in the verdict had been decided at the outset and then ANY evidence would be made to fit the narrative for guilt.
Just like global warming, COVID, or any other narrative that the public laps up like pigs at a trough.
Like I said, I won’t say he’s innocent but there wasn’t enough actual evidence to convict him of capital murder (which another court said when they reversed his death sentence). It was just a narrative and he was a crap husband and that made him a convenient target for law enforcement who were under pressure to find a suspect, get a conviction, and close the case.
And on the same day she was murdered, an extraordinary coincidence…….
