Most of the areas I’ve had surgery on still occasionally hurt. Nothing I’ve had done rises to this level. I can’t imagine anything artificially constructed working very well or giving any degree of pleasure.

I ran into my first ever trans woman today. He was taller and had wider shoulders than me, thicker fingers and hands and much larger forearms. His/”her” mustache was still thick, but the actual hairs were wispy. The breasts looked as though they’d been tacked on. While this person seemed competent at their job, the contrast between the fake woman and the real woman behind the same counter was breathtaking. The fake woman is the store manager, and I could sense the tension the fake woman was feeling towards the real woman who seemed oblivious to the atmosphere.
