Volodymr Zhukovskyy is the young driver of a truck involved in an accident that killed 7 motorcyclists in New Hampshire. I ended up watching most of the trial as soon as the videos came out (and before the verdict).
I found it very interesting and educational.
Here is the first session of witness statements. I wish there was a link that only had the trial as it went in order. I couldn’t find anything like that, so to find Day 2 of the trial there will be videos with headlines of the verdict as well which sort of ruins things.

I’m no fan of Paltro and her nutty leftist wokery, but I was for her in this case.
What got me is when the doctor who was suing claimed he had become an invalid from the accident, rarely venturing outdoors - then the defense attorney presented a pile of photos showing the guy doing all kinds of activities all over the world, looking to be out and about and in great shape.
His lame excuse was that he needed to get out and do things to feel better. Well, you can’t have it both way.
Can’t stand the smirking, holier-than-thou Paltrow with her $200 notebook “without lines,” green juice - and who was upset that she “lost a 1/2 day of skiing” after the crash.
Both sides were unlikeable.
I didn’t keep up much with this trial, but from the little I did watch, I believe the jury made the correct call.
I guess they weren’t influenced by her intense unlikeability.
So, if I want to feel up Paltrow on a ski slope it will cost me a dollar?
As I am married to a lawyer, we are constantly subject to what I call “the attorney tax”— contractors and service providers and such just jack up the bill assuming we’re wealthy (and we are not.) We have even had contractors defraud us and had to hire lawyers ourselves! I have to keep track of when it fricking snows so I am not paying excess fees because someone assumes I don’t look at my bills! My point is Paltrow was right in not letting herself get shaken down by this guy, because that just opens the door wide for the next person to try the same thin
