Vladimir Putin was seen limping as he made a surprise visit to Crimea amid claims he is suffering health problems, a day after war crimes arrest warrant was issued for the Russian leader.
The 70-year-old defied the West and arrived in annexed Crimea today, said Russian media reports.
Footage appeared to show Putin in naval port Sevastopol which has been targeted by repeated Ukrainian strikes in recent months.
His arrival came one day after the International Criminal Court issued a warrant for his arrest on war crimes accusations.

What’s needed is a wanted poster. “Wanted, Dead or Alive”, with a $10 million reward.
Anytime he visits Crimea or any other country or steps outside of Russia proper, he should be targeted.

By so doing, it provides some plausibility to their reports. However, on matters like the Russian-Ukrainian War, the Daily Mail is reporting what MI-6 wants them to report.

Endorsing the assassination of foreign leaders is a very bad idea, because normalizing this action would mean ours are also fair game.
(Also, just ten million? Would that even be enough money to warrant earning the ire of a nuclear power? Furthermore, who would even pay such a bounty publicly?)
Honestly, he looks fine to me. These reports of Putin’s maladies just never really add up. In fact, he looks better than most 70-year olds that I know.
