Stories like this are pointless. “Putin is near death” - how many times we have heard that for over a year? They are as pointless as the stories a year ago claiming Ukraine was “within days” of falling. And I doubt the “new boss” of this dictatorial regime would be any more rationale or benevolent than the current Russian dictator.
