This gene test is a more common one you can get done without your doctor.
Keep your caffeine intake less than three cups of coffee a day, to minimize kidney issues.

From watchstanding on a ship I became a heavy coffee drinker.
Drank lots of coffee all my adult life, never any kidney problems. Got vaxxed and I now have kidney problems directly related to the vaxx.

I don’t believe anything the experts say anymore. Mostly because they usually are serving someone’s agenda.

I wonder what percent of those who have the genetic variant also had the vax.

Keep your caffeine intake less than three cups of coffee a day, to minimize kidney issues. I do not drink coffee for my health but for the health of those around me.
Especially my young employees.
A pot of coffee suppresses my desire to beat their cheery butts.

Good question. The two part bio-weapon has affected people differently.

I hear ya! The only headache I’ve had worse than coffee withdrawal was the monster from Covid.

I hope I get my mom’s genes in this regard. She’s 98 and has drunk strong black coffee, all day long, for 80 years.

I was just carted off to the hospital with Congestive Heart Failure. Medical team of cardiologists there was absolutely terrific. Hospital food not bad, but they served decaf in the morning.
When I was discharged I asked about coffee. I drink half-caf at home, two cups in the morning. Head cardiologist said that was fine, it equalled one cup of coffee, an OK amount. I’m small, weigh 116, 5’2”, perhaps a larger person could tolerate more. Ask your own doc.

With most of this stuff, RE: coffee, alcohol, etc — use common sense and moderate your intake.
