Folks - why didn't the DNI or FBI just pick up the phone, and call Trump. Simply ask POTUS - who was their Chief Executive - and ask him for his source for that particular tweet?

Twitter was and maybe still is a leftist hellhole. So I would say there is a very low probability that any of these former FBI/CIA folks ever had a conservative thought.

X. @elonmusk is constantly updated about the progress. Two days ago, he authorized additional measures to fight child abuse on the platform. Old management had other priorities, but for the new Twitter, children’s safety is #1

I doubt very seriously that they are “EX”...They are merely in new semi-undercover assignments for the Deep State. (despite Baker supposedly being ‘fired / resigned in disgrace’).
