Back when my neck of the woods had steel mills, bars would open at around 6 AM to cater to the 11 PM - 7 AM shift guys. So you could walk into a bar at, say, 8 AM and find it very busy.
No mention of steel mills in this article, though. 🙂
The party never stops . . .
Likely opens earlier than that to prepare for the lunch time crowd.
City Council members need to be in the bar before noon in case some crazy ex-boyfriends show up.
