They have to be fed and they should be productive. Most are not very productive at all. They just live and take up space and resources.

Being a little less randy would not hurt anyone.

Wow! Let’s get rid of people! Someone ought to create pandemics that kill a lot of people, and vaccines for the pandemics that kill a lot more, plus cause abortions and infertility. Abortions, they should be really encouraged. Talking children into changing their sex or practicing non-reproductive sex like homosexualism would surely help. A number of good small wars would surely contribute to lowering population, and a good nuclear exchange would do a lot of good all at once. Cutting out man-made fertilizers and transportation of farm products to the cities will help cause starvation, the original Malthusian solution to the population. Off hand I can think of a few more solutions.
