To be an established party they need a certain pct of voters. To get voters they have to run. In theory Masters is getting a favor but the reality is a lot of registered Libertarians in AZ probably default to Dem anarchist (i.e. Sinema).

If Masters beats Kelly (I’m pretty sure the McCain Republican wing is pro-Kelly, so it’s a tossup), Masters should court the AZ Libertarian to join with the AZ Republican Party and help kick out the McCainists, who are decidedly anti-Republican.
