Sure you can sue the Feds for vaccine injuries. But getting a judgement from them is as likely as getting a whole herd of unicorns.

There was a case in Denmark. I forget the specifics, but aDanish woman had had a D-dimer test before she got vaccinated. She had thrombosis, and the court determined that it was vaccine derived because the D-dimer test she’d had right before had shown no evidence of clotting propensities.

I know someone whose family member got a settlement.
Of course, now she is paralyzed for the rest of her life and has to get her nourishment from a tube.
