My PTSD dog/best friend goes for chest x-rays tomorrow to see if his osteosarcoma has spread or not.

My life is such that the person who has been with me for half of my life forgot my birthday again.
It was days ago and not so much as a mention of it, yet.
That should tell you how much I rely on my dog to keep me halfway sane.
I cannot lose him.
