If you are in a right to work state get the vaccine or look elsewhere. It’s a private company I assume making a private decision.
Florida? Even with DeSantis’ no mandate rule, I don’t think it will help?
My advice to you would be to definitely have someone else proofread your curriculum vitae before submitting it!

turn the job down. feeding these beasts that seek to take all of our freedom only keeps them alive.
I work for an international company (HQ in Germany) and, so far, they have been respectful of employees who choose NOT to get vaccinated. They just ask us to self-report and file a copy of our certificate with HR if we decide to take the jab. No threats or deadlines for those who don't.

My son submitted a request for a religious exemption in writing. It was never addressed and his last day on the job is the day before Thanksgiving.

The Fed and Fed Contractor mandate is alive and well, the OSHA mandate is stayed.
Companies can still require it on their own though.
Up to you whether you want to get jab for job.
The really “interesting” thing is that if you are currently working at a company and, perhaps have proven yourself to be a valuable employee, when they try to enforce a mandate, you can ask for an Exemption. Management may decide not to shoot themself in the foot and fire a good employee, and you might (or might not) get that Exemption.
But in the hiring process? I suppose you can apply and indicate that you’d be requesting an Exemption. I’m pretty sure the company would toss your application. It’s just so easy to decide not to hire an applicant. If they expect the jab to be a requirement, I would be shocked if they allowed any wiggle room at all.

To be “fully vaccinated” you now need THREE shots.
To do a Disney cruise it now required kids 5 and up get the jab.
I would prefer it to be an individual’s choice. But they are taking that away by circumventing a “federal mandate” by coercing private companies to force the jab on employees and new hires. I don’t envy anyone who must be jabbed in order to be employed in their desire field.
It cost an employer quite a bit of money to hire a new employeee in a technical/managerial position. They will probably fly you somewhere and give you various test and various interviews...and wine and dine you meeting your future bosses
They do not want to go theough all of this to hire you, spend money on air fare, dining etc and then you say you do not want to be vaccinated.
Private company their rules.
New employees are SOL. Get the jab or get something else.
Get a fake card. They are easy, and you owe no honesty to these tyrannical creeps. If the catch you (they won’t), deny, demand proof, make counter-accusations. Get all the cash you can from them in the meantime.
