The really “interesting” thing is that if you are currently working at a company and, perhaps have proven yourself to be a valuable employee, when they try to enforce a mandate, you can ask for an Exemption. Management may decide not to shoot themself in the foot and fire a good employee, and you might (or might not) get that Exemption.

But in the hiring process? I suppose you can apply and indicate that you’d be requesting an Exemption. I’m pretty sure the company would toss your application. It’s just so easy to decide not to hire an applicant. If they expect the jab to be a requirement, I would be shocked if they allowed any wiggle room at all.

I’m pretty sure the company would toss your application. It’s just so easy to decide not to hire an applicant.
