Patients dying of or with COVID-19 had an average of 8.89 pathologic conditions documented at autopsy, spanning a combination of prior chronic disease and acute conditions acquired during hospitalization. Virtually all decedents were cited as having more than 1 preexisting condition, encompassing an average of 2.88 such diseases each. Clinical conditions during terminal hospitalization were cited 395 times for the 135 autopsied decedents and predominantly encompassed acute failure of multiple organ systems and/or impaired coagulation. Myocarditis was rarely cited.

Explanation: SARS-CoV-2 nucleocapsid antibodies indicates actual prior infection with Covid-19, spike protein antibodies indicate protection from either the mRNA vaccine or covid-19.
Note: Tests are available that show positive for ONLY vaccine generated antibodies to the spike protien, but were not reported in this study.
Fundamentally, this survey of studies focuses on the co-morbities leading to death with Covid=19, and really does not explore whether the vaccine is effective or not at all.
Also note that the date of this survey was January 15, 2021, long before the issue of vaccine caused ADE (disease enhanced by the vaccine rather than actuul Covid-19 infection) became apparent to the public.

It would be interesting to see results of a large post-mortem study of those who were vaccinated, did not contract covid, but then died of possible adverse reaction to the vaccine.

This makes sense. I had friend die, supposedly from the virus, last Jan. He was 58, not particularly obese, and had no preexisting conditions his friends knew of. Then, after his funeral, we found out in 2019 he had been hospitalized for 2 weeks with pneumonia. He never told anyone about it. Things made more sense after I discovered that.

This was several months before the vaccines were rolled out to any great extent. It would apply to the unvaxxed population.
Still useful, but something more recent with vaxxed vs unvaxxed would be preferable.

But hey, it’s for my own good, so I’m cool.
I cannot tolerate a standard surgical mask for more than 15 minutes without hypercapnia becoming obvious.
I have been able to use N99 respirators, with an external filter and fan to clear CO2 from the mask between breaths, for as much as an hour, but even that requires me to pause a second between exhale and inhale to allow the CO2 to dissipate from the mask.
