Trying to pass this off an important is a function of either deliberate misleading or diminished mental capacity than any ability to discern useful information.

Says Mueller is a PSYCHOPATH capable of ANY crime. Say MUELLER ordered the hit on Rich via a mafia hit man.

BTW I am SICK and tired of REDACTION OVERKILL. IT MUST BE REQUIRED THAT ALL REDACTIONS BE ATTRIBUTED TO THE PERSON MAKING THE REDACTION, ALONG WITH THE REASON FOR THE REDACTION.

Here is MY suggestion for a NEW LAW which all agencies must be LEGALLY COMPELLED to abide by:

The "someone else (blanked out)" is likely a political leader in Trumps team the FBI have been illegally tracking.
This was put into Seth Rich's actual report to show those people the FBI has been reading their Emails and wanted them to know they can't do anything about it.
