Multiple fatalities reported in shooting at South Jersey house party

Multiple people have been killed in a shooting in Fairfield Township, Cumberland County.

New Jersey State Police have not released details on the number of people killed, but one official has indicated multiple deaths in the incident, which was reported around midnight at a large house party on the 1000 block of Commerce Street/Route 49.

Several people were also reported wounded.

Emergency dispatch communications from the time of the incident indicate initial calls for a woman with a gunshot wound. From there, dispatchers began receiving reports of multiple victims. EMS crews had to wait for clearance to head Into the scene as police tried to secure the area.

When your friends cannot even hold a house party without it resulting in multiple fatalities, that’s usually a sign that you are hanging out with the wrong group of people.

Unfortunately, for many young black men, almost everybody in their neighborhood has some connection with that group.
The Thugs are somebody’s son, brother, Baby Daddy or drug connection. Advice: Get out of that neighborhood and hang with people who like living a civilized life.

Of course, from the story we don’t know this to be true, but the fact is, if it turns out to be anyone else, everyone will be shocked. It’s a real shame that a sizable part of American society not only has been ‘left behind’, but is reverting or devolving into a much more primitive state. Large groups apparently cannot come together for a good time without serious violence breaking out.

Maybe, but they were rich Amish if so. Could also have been someone who crashed the party, and knew no one at the party.

But 2 dead is not multiple, with 12 injured ,1 in serious condition.

Two places with frequent urban shootings:

A party (disagreement, disrespect, a drug deal gone wrong, an old grudge)

A funeral later (to avenge the killings at the party, get back at the bad drug deal guy and his posse).

Then plans for another party.

Cumberland County itself is a more Garden State-like part of the Garden State in that is fairly agricultural.
