Thomas Wictor, who was posting under the alias (or was being assisted by) a Carlos Osweda on twitter. Carlos Osweda was banned by Twitter after the election. Mr. Wictor is friends with Rosanne Barr among other celebrities.
I’ve been reading Wictor/Osweda posts for years. I think his nutcase persona is an act. If you read his stuff (he’s also a published author, retired music journalist, etc) he is a lot smarter/more well connected than his videos let on.
I think this refers to the CISA.
Thomas Wictor is fabulous! Offbeat? Yeah. A lot of us are!
Be of good cheer, though. Mr. Wictor has his own quirky way of NAILING IT! And he does so in this video.
