CHRISTOPHER C. KREBS
Christopher C. KrebsChristopher Krebs serves as the first director of the Department of Homeland Security’s Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA). Mr. Krebs was originally sworn in on June 15, 2018 as the Under Secretary for the predecessor of CISA, the National Protection and Programs Directorate (NPPD). Mr. Krebs was nominated for that position by President Trump in February 2018.

Before serving as CISA Director, Mr. Krebs was appointed in August 2017 as the Assistant Secretary for Infrastructure Protection. In the absence of a permanent NPPD Under Secretary at the time, Mr. Krebs took on the role of serving as the Senior Official Performing the Duties of the Under Secretary for NPPD until he was subsequently nominated as the Under Secretary and confirmed by the Senate the following year.

Mr. Krebs joined DHS in March 2017, first serving as Senior Counselor to the Secretary, where he advised DHS leadership on a range of cybersecurity, critical infrastructure, and national resilience issues. Prior to coming to DHS, he was a member of Microsoft’s U.S. Government Affairs team as the Director for Cybersecurity Policy, where he led Microsoft’s U.S. policy work on cybersecurity and technology issues.

Before Microsoft, Mr. Krebs advised industry and federal, state, and local government customers on a range of cybersecurity and risk management issues. This is his second tour working at DHS, previously serving as the Senior Advisor to the Assistant Secretary for Infrastructure Protection and playing a formative role in a number of national and international risk management programs.

As Director, Mr. Krebs oversees CISA’s efforts to defend civilian networks, manage systemic risk to national critical functions, and work with stakeholders to raise the security baseline of the Nation’s cyber and physical infrastructure.

Mr. Krebs holds a bachelor’s degree in environmental sciences from the University of Virginia and a J.D. from the Antonin Scalia Law School at George Mason University.

Unisyn Sets High Standard for Future Election System Testing

San Diego, CA – March 29, 2019 – Unisyn Voting Solutions, Inc. (Unisyn) is the first voting system manufacturer to complete the rigorous Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Cybersecurity Product Assessment testing for its OpenElect® suite of products.

DHS Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) Director Christopher Krebs noted in a letter to Unisyn that “I believe that Unisyn’s partnership during the evaluation process stemmed from the security-conscious culture that your leadership and staff demonstrated while working with our evaluation team.”

In July of 2018, Unisyn became the first DHS election industry partner to undergo this testing. During the National Cyber Assessments and Technical Services (NCATS) Product Cybersecurity Assessment, a cybersecurity research team from Idaho National Labs (INL) performed a cybersecurity assessment of the Unisyn election system that was completed on October 31, 2018. The purpose of the assessment was to understand the functionality of the system in relation to the current cybersecurity risk assessments and make recommendations to address these items in the interest of protecting the critical infrastructure controlled by Unisyn election systems from a cyber or physical attack. The test protocol was based on a set of assessment targets developed in conjunction with Unisyn and DHS program personnel.

This guy was one of the TOP two or three a-holes that started the rumor that Mueller was secretly working for Trump on Twitter. Then, he kept perpetuating that fraud for months. Him, and “Stealth Jeff” Brian Cates.

Yes, they have followers. But only those willing to fall for such ridiculous tripe, but worse those who keep following them after we saw what was really going on with Mueller, etc.

I was watching a YouTube video last night that reportedly showed a woman who was ostensibly counting votes but was instead seen filling in new ballots. She was calm as a cucumber, even with security walking by. It was taken in Delaware County, Pennsylvania.

Somebody in the comments section repeatedly posted that it was perfectly normal and happens all the time when somebody marks their ballot but not dark enough for the scanner to pick it up. I commented that it would make more sense to just darken the bubble of the existing ballot than to make an entirely new one and that it didn’t sound normal to me. They posted an excerpt from this new “agency,” that also said it was fine to do this. It was the first I’ve heard of this agency and I think we need further info about it if we’re paying for it.

What I think is irrelevant and immaterial. Just giving a totally uninformed opinion because I had never heard of him. But there seems to be plenty of people that have and talk highly of him. So never judge a book by it's cover. You may miss a great book by doing so, and in this case maybe, just maybe, someone who knows what the heck he is talking about.

I’ve been reading Wictor/Osweda posts for years. I think his nutcase persona is an act. If you read his stuff (he’s also a published author, retired music journalist, etc) he is a lot smarter/more well connected than his videos let on.

Kinda reminds me of a poor man’s j.orlin grabbe

Pretty smart & kinda quirky

A friend sent me this tweet earlier today and I forwarded the link to many friends...then a little over an hour ago the same friend sent me this link, which denies the marked ballot rumor:

Very interesting info.

It could explain why I got the impression that the PDJT Press Briefing yesterday he was a little too casual, as though he is waiting for something.

I also noticed PDJT put a lot of emphasis on “counting legal ballots and throwing out illegal ballots.

Today, same thing...

“From the beginning we have said that all legal ballots must be counted and all illegal ballots should not be counted, ye we have met resistance to this basic principle by Democrats at every turn.”

https://trulytimes.com/breaking-trump-releases-statement-vowing-to-fight-for-the-integrity-of-this-election-process.html

The process of going through the courts is a mandatory given and evidence must be provided.

There should be records of how many ballots were produced and shipped from all companies providing the printing services.

In the instance of securing the Presidential election the CISA could easily obtained samples of the Machine Identification Code (MIC) from every printer producing VBM ballots that were fire-hosed out in many States.

It might also be a possibility that they do not need hard copy samples, they might already know the codes.

Same thing for the voting systems that use touch screens and then print out the ballot on strips of paper. They produce the same MICs that are unique for each of those printers.

It would not be a tough job to build an optical scanning device to read the code from each ballot and they probably already exist.

The CISA was put together two years ago, you can bet they have gamed out this very scenario.

If they use this method and start detecting large numbers of ballots that are from “other sources” and are all for plugs there will folks trying to leave the US.

Fixing a ballot, should only occur for a damaged ballot - and damaged means, torn or stain/waste obscured.

Correctly filling in an oval that marks for an issue or candidate, is entirely the right of, and the responsiblity of, the voter.

The voter should be able to view a screen, or paper tape, display that visually confirms to the voter, that the voter’s ballot has been properly counted.

This has been, for some time, the way we voted in my part of Ohio, and an ID was also required.

I'm not real good at summing up the video, but I will try. 8>)

He is talking about the Cyber security Infrastructure Agency (CISA) and that it was setup in 2018 because President Trump knew that voting was a National Security issue, so this agency was created. Basically this agency has the goods on this election fraud.

Hope that helps give everyone some indication of what the video is about.

There probably is such an organization, but that certainly doesn’t mean that ballots were watermarked across the whole country, which is what this supposed story is all about.

The story really got legs when Steve Pieczenik brought it up on Infowars’ War Room with Owen Shroyer. That video went viral, and handed it some possible credibility beyond known kooks like Wictor.

However, this morning, David Knight, the daily morning host on Infowars, threw cold water all over the story, flat out accusing Pieczenik as being a “CIA Shill” trying to spread disinfo, to distract us from the actual fight that is going on, and give us false hopes.

Wictor notoriously falls into this same category. He rose to prominence via his endless claims that Robert Mueller was secretly working for Trump. Once again he seems interested in distracting us from the REAL fight that will be going on, and giving everyone false hopes.
