The Green New Deal is not new and is not a deal
American Thinker ^ | 28 Oct, 2020 | Alex Markovsky

During the recent presidential debate Vice President Joe Biden inadvertently spoke the truth about the commitment of the Democratic Party to “phase out” oil and replace it with renewable energies eliminating fracking in the process. Donald Trump immediately seized upon it, "Basically what he is saying is he is going to destroy the oil industry." "Will you remember that Texas? Pennsylvania? Oklahoma? Ohio?”

Trying to clean up the fracking mess he just created, Biden recited the Democratic Party’s poetry of dreams, “They’re not going to lose their jobs, and besides, they’re gonna – there’s a lot more jobs that are going to be created in other alternatives," unaware of prose of reality.

The prose of reality was eloquently observed by American historian, Ralph Raico, “The audacity of the Marxists’ dream was matched only by the depth of their economic ignorance.”

It may come as a surprise to Biden and his economically ignorant supporters that job creation is not the purpose of capitalism per se. The purpose of the capitalist economy is to create wealth. Employment and the subsequent distribution of the spoils of an economy are by-products of capitalism and come about as an economic necessity.

The Green New Deal is not new and is not a deal.

This is just a power grab to take over control energy use (the means of production) by the idiot Marxists who don’t even know which bathroom to use.

It’s just communism.

Sounds to me like Joe wants to kill the US oil industry to satisfy his oil partners in China and Ukraine.

The green New Deal, global warming excetera... Will not be solved by politicians. Politicians develop laundry lists of things to do which never get done and nothing will change if they feel the need to control climate change with policy.

What we do need to do is to fund research and like the vacuum tube tech giving way to the transistor happened perhaps new technologies can be researched and developed in the field of electrical production and storage. But that’s a hundred years out not the next 10 years as politicians falsely believe and claim... unless of course they don’t believe it they just want another bucket of money to spend frivolously as they so often seem to do.

When I read that the Green New Deal had a provision in it to provide a living wage to those who chose not to work, I knew that this piece of marxist garbage had nothing to do with alternative fuels, saving the environment or the planet or combating global warming.

It has everything to do with the Left's socialist revolution to destroy fossil fuels and ultimately free enterprise capitalism and install a socialist economic system in its place.

It is another of the Left's ruses to fool the sheeple into submission.

26 Oct: CFact: Study suggests no more CO2 warming
By David Wojick
Precision research by physicists William Happer and William van Wijngaarden has determined that the present levels of atmospheric carbon dioxide and water vapor are almost completely saturated. In radiation physics the technical term “saturated” implies that adding more molecules will not cause more warming.

In plain language this means that from now on our emissions from burning fossil fuels could have little or no further impact on global warming. There would be no climate emergency. No threat at all. We could emit as much CO2 as we like; with no effect.
This astounding finding resolves a huge uncertainty that has plagued climate science for over a century. How should saturation be measured and what is its extent with regard to the primary greenhouse gases?...

Clearly this is work that the climate science community needs to carefully consider. This may not be easy given that three major physics journals have refused to publish it. The reviews have been defensive and antagonistic, neither thoughtful nor helpful. Alarmism is in control of the journals, censoring contrary findings, hence the preprint version...
In the meantime the present work needs to be front and center as we strive for rational climate science. Professors William Happer and William van Wijngaarden are to be congratulated for an elegant and timely breakthrough.

26 Oct: The Blaze: Commentary: Joe Biden has deep ties to the radical ‘Great Reset’ movement and its globalist leaders
It would overhaul the world’s economy in favor of more collectivism and the centralization of power in the hands of international elites
by Justin Haskins
Biden’s “Build Back Better” plans also come straight out of the Great Reset movement’s playbook. For many years, supporters of the Great Reset at the World Economic Forum and elsewhere have talked about “building back better” by dramatically expanding the power of government, pursuing costly “green” infrastructure plans, and substantially increasing the authority of international institutions.

Biden’s proposals would do just that, and the “Build Back Better” name is just too similar to what others affiliated with the Great Reset movement and/or the World Economic Forum have said to be a mere coincidence.
For example, in 2016, a development specialist at the World Bank, discussing climate change-related natural disasters, wrote for the WEF, “The pressure for governments now is not to wait until a disaster strikes to ‘build back better.’...READ ON..

...And it’s not Green.

The unintended consequences of the Green New Deal (vastly increased mining for rare earth metals, mining in child-labor exploiting African nations, not taking the full supply chain into account when calculating carbon dioxide emissions, etc.,) are far worse than what we have now, but the Greenies don’t want to save the planet, they want to control the planet and the Green New Deal gives them the hooks into our economy to do that.

I don't wade into the long weeds arguing climate science.

That's because none of this is about the climate, the environment or saving the planet from man.

It is just a ruse by the Left to sell their socialist revolution.

It is my opinion that mankind is arrogant to think that they can control anything as vast as nature and the climate. We are but a speck in the entire system. We are but a grain of sand in the oceans of the planet. We mean nothing in the overall picture.

When the Left keeps moving the goal posts all the time to fit their narrative, you know that climate change is really a hoax and not a real problem mankind can solve.
