Miss Landers had a more wholesome appearance. As a 2nd grader I would probably have preferred Miss Landers. But as a young man I would have found Miss Crump more attractive.

Sorry. In real life, I had total hotties for 2nd, 3rd & 4th grade.
I can look at old photos today and see with adult eyes some truly beautiful ladies.
Maybe that’s why I learned to love goong to school?
