I agree. I wish it mattered. The people who should be objecting seem to have sublime indifference to the Constitution and the risks to America of foreign allegiances related to dual citizenship of our POTUS or VP.

This is really dumb. This "allegiance" isn't about a state of mind. No law can control that. And there is no "sole" in "natural born citizen".
Correct that she is ineligible. Patently so. I think maybe Biden chose her to help assure he loses. He’s not wanted the job but his wife has been pushing him to run. This way he runs and hopefully Quiets then wife down ——-and doesn’t have to become president after all.
Good luck, I fought the good fight back in 15 and 16 but the Cruzers just would not buy the correct definition of NBC. You nailed it of course but it is a hard sell since it knocks out Ted Cruz too.

Notice how there was NOT ONE WORD about her eligibility? None. But the second Ted Cruz was in the running, it was all about his eligibility. Then the millisecond when he was no longer running, not one more word about it.

Natural born means born of citizen parents, inserted into the Constitution by our birther Founders. They listed three requirements for being president, and that is one of them. So, although it means nothing to you, it obviously did to them. And, it is the law.

They ran with JM was born in Panama despite the fact he had AMERICAN parents and the father was there on OFFICIAL USN business.
Think they were pointing out he was born in a Panamanian hospital, not the US one.
Think they also brought up the fact inre Romney that either he or his father was born in Mexico while on a ‘Missionary Mission’

The founders and framers knew what it meant as exemplified by this letter from John Jay to George Washington. And as per the federal papers the Constitution was written using words and terminology that the people of the founding era understood. That is why it does not have a glossary. “natural born Citizen” was a natural law term selected to provide a strong check against anyone with foreign influence on them via their birth circumstances, after the founding generation was gone, gaining commander in chief of our military forces. The founders and framers had a fear of persons born with foreign influence gaining ascent to the Presidency and control of our military power in our country. And they wisely extended that requirement to the VP position too, which as we can see with Biden’s mental and physical frailty we don’t want a VP born with foreign influence on them, as is the case with Harris in the “Harris-Biden” ticket. They know what they have planned to do if that ticket wins. They will do even more damage to the Constitutional Republic than Obama did when foreigner Harris takes control, as they have planned.

The Constitution does not define ANY of its legal terms, but that does not mean they are not operative, does it?
The Naturalization Act of 1790, the next year after the adoption of the Constitution, does define natural born, however, as a citizen born of citizen parents.

That understanding has been taught in American schools up to almost the election of Barack Obama. Then, all of a sudden, people snort and sniff and say it is totally unheard of.
