I have a proposal for everyone who rejects the censorship being imposed on Americans by the monopolistic social media giants. This October 1st at 12 pm est we should encourage every member of FR and all of our friends and all of their friends to post a copy of the Declaration of Independence on FB, Instagram and Twitter. We should do this every minute for at least thirty minutes and lets continue to do this every day at 12 pm est until this censorship stops. We should call this The American Rejection Of Social Media Censorship movement. Viva La Revolution!
This post should be banned. Where’s the admin mods? geeze.
;-)
Seriously, this is a good Idea, but why wait till the first? Constitution day is tomorrow.
I think this idea is ping worthy.
Maybe we should pick a time to post the 1st amendment and #censorship.
The first phase should be to build up committed participants and execute the plan all at once. We will see if their servers are prepared for the onslaught of hopefully millions of us posting all at once for 30 minutes. Her is another hint on how to hit the servers hard. Dont cut and past the text of the DoI, create a large format screen shot at the highest resolution. This will bog the net traffic down to a snails crawl.
As if social media censorship is not enough I’m hearing murmurs about the networks refusing to air Trump’s ad’s or Trump Superpak ads 2 weeks before the election.
They would of course lose in court but the election will be over before Trump could get relief.
Good idea. But I’d suggest doing this at 6pm. 12am is past lots of folks bedtime.
