Not really. It’s only rediculous if she isn’t charged with tresspassing and vandalism.
But the property owner should not be shooting anyone if he doesn’t have a reasonable threat, not even with a pellet gun.
Personally, I’m sympathetic with the guy. People should not be able to vandalize without consequence, but you just can’t shoot people.
If he gets charged, and she doesn’t, then that’s selective prosecution. If I were him, I’d get a good lawyer.... and not just for my defense. I’d go on offense.
We will see her agenda soon. The person that shot her faces a misdemeanor assault charge. She will need to come testify. He can likely charge her with a misdemeanor theft and trespassing charge as she was illegally removing his sign.
Is she going to drive all the way to NC to testify in a misdemeanor case? If she does, it is agenda.

Personally, this story is a nutshell of the entire election. Would she have tried to remove the sign if it said “Biden/Harris”? The allegedly “neutral” media is doing everything possible to sabotage Trump and, when caught, they lie to explain it as being virtuous.
The old man at least had the facts on his side which, considering he’s 78 and not a dumb blonde, should tell you something about Trump voters.
